1.After receiving the electric bicycle for more than 15 days, returns or exchanges are not supported.

 

2. Any return or replacement of electric bicycles must be authorized by Aniioki via email in advance.

 

3.Damage caused during transportation, such as scratches, part defects, etc., does not constitute a reason for return.

 

4. Any return or replacement of electric bicycles requires evidence such as photos or videos.

 

5. Customers should use the return label provided by Aniioki to return the original packaging, otherwise Aniioki will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during transportation.

 

6. Customers can return the goods themselves or obtain a return label from Aniioki via email after obtaining authorization.

 

7. Returned goods must maintain their original packaging intact. The box must be sealed, the electric bicycle and its outer packaging must not be damaged, and accessories and parts must not be missing.

 

8. Please provide the seller with photos of all returned items, including the outer packaging. Sellers need to check the status and quantity of the goods before shipping.

 

9. Please provide Aniioki with photos of the original packaging before shipment. Aniioki will inspect the condition of the original packaging.

 

10. Customers should return the returned item within 48 hours after Aniioki provides the return label, otherwise the return will be considered as cancelled by the customer.

 

11.When returning an electric bicycle, customers should take it to the nearest FedEx/UPS store and attach the printed return label to the cardboard box.

 

12. Please choose the delivery service when returning to prevent the electric bicycle from being lost. Aniioki will provide photos or videos when customers sign for returned goods.

 

13. No unconditional returns are supported. 'I don't like it', 'I don't want it' or reasons caused by delayed delivery by the carrier cannot be used as valid reasons for return.
